Part of being a premier subdivision is the presence of covenants. These covenants were agreed upon when the original Bent Creek Homeowers Association was established in 1993, and have been modified over the years to account for needed changes. In addition, interpretations of the covenants have been made by the board of directors in order to better meet the needs of the subdivisions’ residents.
