Homeowners – we have unfortunately had to close the Dandridge pool due to a chemical imbalance caused by the recent vandalism at the pool. Specifically, the pool was overfilled with a hose, causing a massive amount of fresh water to throw off the chemical balance. Although we attempted to repair this over the past week, our efforts were not enough to prevent dangerously cloudy water. Our pool specialist is making the needed adjustments, and we hope to re-open the pool soon. Out of caution, we have a policy of closing the pool whenever the water in the deep end is not clear enough to allow parents to clearly see a child at the bottom. Such is the case at the moment.
The Bent Creek pool is still open and available to all homeowners. We apologize for the inconvenience.
The next meeting of the Bent Creek Homeowner’s Association will take place on Tuesday, November 10, 2020 at 6 p.m. The board will meet in-person, and all homeowners are asked to join via Zoom due to distancing requirements for COVID-19.
All homeowners may click here to join the board meeting at that time. Meeting agenda items will be added to this page once available.
Thanks for joining me!
